I am a Lead & Senior Compositor currently based in Vancouver.
I first got bitten by the film making bug, like so many others, when I saw the Star Wars films as a child. I wanted to fly X-wings as much as I wanted to understand how these films were made... and when I figured out that a pilot's license wasn't going to get me any closer to the hot seat in a starfighter I figured visual effects was the next best thing!
With over a decade of experience in the visual fx and film industry, I don't think I'll ever stop chasing that thrill of creating stories and images that resonate and inspire. I've worked for Rising Sun Pictures, Iloura, Method, Image Engine Design Inc, Scanline VFX and Industrial Light & Magic on films like Solo: A Star Wars Story, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Spider-Man: Homecoming, John Wick: Chapter 2, The Wolverine and Prometheus.
In addition to my years as a Compositor, I have acted as a VFX Teacher/Mentor, creating and instructing a course during my time at Rising Sun Pictures. I am proud to be able to count former students as current colleagues in the industry.
